One of the ways OUT THERE! is making a real difference is by educating those people working with youth, so that they take on the responsibility of creating supportive environments for queer young people.

As a result, a range of (queer) cultural safety workshops are delivered to a variety of professionals: social workers, educators, doctors, nurses and trainee teachers. The workshop's focus is on developing the skills and knowledge of these people so that they can provide safe and effective services to queer youth.
